The trail is open from Meadowbrook/I-96 in Novi to Hannan/I-94 in Van Buren Township.  Because of the I-275 bridge construction this summer, the trail is affected in two spots.

It is temporarily closed between Koppernick and Ford Rd because of Warren Rd construction.  This section is projected to reopen mid-August.  The trail connector to the Canton Lower Rouge Trail is also closed and will be so until November.

This week the Cherry Hill rest stop on northbound I-275 closed.  This closure does not affect the trail.  It does affect those use the rest stop as a trail head.  You cannot park there, but you can still ride the trail.  The rest stop will be closed until October.
